| Developments in Cement and Concrete’ Seminar organized in Adıyaman “Developments in Cement and Concrete’ Regional Seminar was jointly orgnized by Turkish Cement Manufacturers’ Association, ÇIMKO/SANKO at Adıyaman University Prof. Dr. Abuzer Yucel, Vice- Dean of Adıyaman University and İ. Halil Mutluay, General Manager of ÇİMKO,government regional officials, representatives of the companies operating in cement and ready-mixed concrete sector and many civil-engineers participated in the seminar in Rectorate Conference Hall of Adıyaman University. During the seminar, Nilüfer Salbaş, Specialist in Council for Quality and Environment, presented “Documentation, Applications of G and CE Marking”, Özlem Aslan,acting head of Physics and Concrete Laboratories, presented “Cement Standards and TÇMB R&D Laboratory Studies” “Mineral Additives in Concrete”, Prof. Asım Yeğinobalı, TÇMB Research and Development Advisor, talked on “Factors Effecting Concrete Strength and Durability ”, “Concrete Roads in Turkey”, Prof. Dr Atiye Tuğrul, Lecturer in İstanbul University, presented “ CE Certification in Aggregate” and “Raw Materials”, Emrak Karataş, expert in Concrete Admixtures Association presented ”Chemical Admixtures in Concrete”, and Prof. Dr. Erbil Öztekin, Chairman of Kaltek, presented “Advanced Technologies in Concrete Applications”. |
